At shopnandra, we are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. Please read the details below to understand our delivery options and terms.
STANDARD DELIVERY (Lagos Only)
- All Lagos deliveries are handled by NandraEx, Majek Logistics, or other trusted delivery companies.
- Standard delivery operates Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM.
- Lagos orders take approximately 1-3 work days to be delivered. However, we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Please ensure that you or someone you know is available at the given address to accept the delivery.
- If no one is available, delivery will be re-attempted, which may incur an extra charge.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (Same Day/Next Day) – T&Cs Apply
- Need your item urgently? We offer express delivery at an additional cost.
- Orders for same-day or next-day work delivery must be placed by 10:00 AM for processing.
- Not all locations within Lagos are eligible for express delivery.
- If no one is available to receive the package, delivery will be re-attempted at an extra charge.
WEEKEND DELIVERY
- We typically do not ship on weekends. However, if your express delivery falls on a weekend, please contact customer care to confirm availability.
INTERSTATE HOME DELIVERIES (Outside Lagos)
- Our interstate deliveries are handled by GIG, DHL, or FTD.
- Deliveries take approximately 2-6 working days.
- A tracking number will be sent via call, text, or email once your order is dispatched.
- If there is an increase in shipping cost due to an overweight package, we will notify you.
- Interstate deliveries operate Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM.
- To avoid delays, ensure your delivery details are accurate. Re-attempted deliveries may incur extra charges.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- We ship worldwide through a third-party shipping company.
- International delivery times vary based on location and carrier.
- Customers will receive tracking details via call, text, or email once the order is shipped.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Your personal details remain confidential and secure with us.
- Please ensure your contact and address details are correct and up to date to avoid delivery delays.
- You will be informed via call, text, or email before delivery.
- Riders will wait a maximum of 15 minutes at the delivery address. If the recipient is unavailable beyond this time, the rider reserves the right to leave, and redelivery may incur extra charges.
- Rider Conduct: If you experience any form of misconduct from a delivery rider, please report it immediately, and appropriate action will be taken.
- Respect for Riders: We value all individuals, and we encourage mutual respect between our customers and delivery personnel.
- Delivery timeframes may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, bad weather, road closures, delivery spikes, or civil unrest.
