    FASHION PRODUCTION MANAGER 

    Nandra is a fashion ready-to-wear brand designed for cool, conservative girls. We are looking for  a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fashion Production Manager to oversee the entire production process for us. This role is important  in ensuring the timely and quality delivery of our garments, from raw material procurement to the final product.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of the production process, including marking, cutting, sewing, finishing, wrapping, packaging, and labelling.
    2. Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise tailors and the entire production team, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
    3. Design Collaboration: Liaise with the design team to ensure the seamless translation of designs into finished products.
    4. Material Procurement: Handle fabric purchases, ensuring raw materials are procured on time and meet quality standards.
    5. Cost Control: Monitor and manage production costs to ensure efficiency and budget adherence.
    6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all garments meet the brand's quality standards through meticulous inspection and finishing processes.
    7. Process Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and minimise waste within the production process.
    8. Fast-Paced Execution: Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in fashion production management or a similar role.
    • Hands-on experience in garment production, including cutting, sewing, and finishing is added advantage 
    • Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and production processes.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with teams and vendors.
    • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
