Exchange and Refund Policy

At shopnandra, we are committed to providing high-quality fashion pieces. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
  • Sale items, bodysuits, underwear, and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Store Credit

  • If an exchange is not possible, we will issue store credit for future purchases.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at mail@shopnandra.com  or call - (234)7064389630 within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue. 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
